Luna Park


We stopped by the remains of Luna Park yesterday. This Scranton amusement park closed in 1916, and later about half the park grounds were buried under fill for Interstate 81. This is on of the footers from the footbridge that led into into the park from Nay Aug Park, crossing Roaring Brook and the Lackawanna Railroad tracks.
